About the role

The Senior Advisor HR Transformation is part of our Organisational Development Group.  This Group works as an enabler, partner and key support to the business.  The Group provides people capability and capacity, business tools and processes and the operating environment to enable the business to meet both challenges current and ahead as we seek to continuously improve our effectiveness and the impact we have on ensuring a safe and secure aviation system.

 

The Senior Advisor will design, lead and deliver initiatives to help build CAA and Avsec’s future capability and deliver of the People strategy.  With an initial focus on people engagement and culture, they will work across initiatives including rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion and people policy and guidance.

 

About you

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional with experience in the design and development of initiatives, programmes and strategies in areas such as team building, values and behaviours, engagement and culture, diversity and inclusion, employee induction, rewards and recognition, performance and remuneration reviews and people policy and guidance.

 

Some of the skills, experience and attributes we are looking for include:

  • Specialist experience in a human resources and/or OD experience
  • Experience in employee engagement, change management and culture
  • Development of frameworks or models
  • Coaching of Managers, peers and the wider business including workshop facilitation
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Experience in analysis – quantitative and qualitative
  • Experience in the wider public sector

 

This role would suit someone who thrives on building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders and partners.  A strong client focus, with strong consultative skills is important, as is a flexible and adaptable approach.
