About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-quality support to 2 members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and enjoys being at the centre of coordination for complex work.

You’ll also join a supportive network of Executive Assistants across the organisation, working together to enable efficient, effective leadership at the highest level.

The salary band for this role is $72,000 to $92,000 Starting salaries are to be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.

What You’ll Bring

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator who is confident supporting senior leaders and working with sensitive information.

We’re looking for someone with:

 

  • Excellent diary management and organisational skills, especially for complex leadership schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments, adapt to changing priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making capability.
  • A collaborative approach and a track record of building positive working relationships.
