About the Role:

We have two exciting Coordinator opportunities available in our Aviation Safety Oversight team - x1 permanent full-time role and x1 fixed-term opportunity through to October 2026 covering parental leave.


You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of aviation regulatory processes, including the issue, renewal, and amendment of aviation documents. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll manage records, complete quality checks, and coordinate schedules to keep everything running efficiently.


In this role you will gain hands-on experience with modern digital tools and technologies, building capability in digital enablement, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative ways of working that drive continuous improvement.

The starting salary is between $65,340 and $79,560 pa. Starting salaries are to be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.

 

What We’re Looking For:  


You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and enjoy keeping things on track. You’re comfortable working with a wide range of internal teams and engaging with participants across the sector, and you build effective working relationships with ease.

Strong communication and coordination skills will see you succeed in this role, particularly if you bring experience from a compliance, regulatory, or similarly structured environment.


You’ll bring:  


  • Experience in administration or coordination roles, with strong preference for backgrounds in regulatory, public sector, or compliance-driven settings.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
