About the Role

This is a customer‑facing advisory role where you will provide high‑quality support to both internal colleagues and external aviation participants. Working within the personnel licensing and medical certification space, you will ensure applications and documentation meet legislative and regulatory requirements.

 

There is so much variety in this role! You’ll be reviewing medical reports, processing licensing applications, liaising with medical professionals, supporting training delivery, maintaining accurate records, and helping to streamline processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Review and process medical certification reports for flight crew and air traffic controllers
  • Assess and evaluate licensing and renewal applications
  • Analyse data to resolve anomalies and ensure the integrity of licensing and medical records
  • Provide clear, accurate advice on legislation, rules, and application processes
  • Liaise with medical examiners, health professionals, and international aviation authorities
  • Support and coordinate training courses, seminars, and industry events
  • Support policy and procedure development and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Handle sensitive personal information with professionalism and confidentiality

 

The starting salary for the Advisor, Licensing & Medical Certification, is between $72,593 and maximum of $88,705.  Starting salaries are to be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.
