About the role
We’re looking for an Advisor, Digital Channels to join our Communications and External Relations team. In this role, you’ll use our digital channels to help shape the online experience for a diverse range of stakeholders ensuring our content is effective, accessible, and aligned with government guidelines and best practice.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Advisor, internal teams and external partners across our websites, intranet, social media, and other digital platforms. You’ll support digital campaigns, manage content requests, and contribute innovative ideas to improve user experience, stakeholder satisfaction, and reach.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the importance of digital strategy and is confident working across multiple channels in a dynamic regulatory environment.
The starting salary for the Advisor, Digital Channels within Assurance and Governance group is between $83,600 and maximum of $102,302 pa. Starting salaries are to be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.
What You’ll Bring
You’re digitally savvy, collaborative, and ready to contribute your skills to a role that combines content creation, technical capability, and communications expertise to support key organisational goals.
To be considered you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, paired with 1–2 years of experience in digital communications, content, or a similar field
- Confidence working with content management systems (such as Silverstripe), Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite or a strong willingness to learn
- Understanding of digital content best practice, including plain language, accessibility, search engine optimisation (SEO), and writing for the web
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in writing, editing, and proofreading
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to contribute to content across web, social media, and visual channels such as video and graphics
- A creative mindset and a proactive attitude, with a focus on quality, usability, and continuous improvement.
