Our opportunity

This is a broad and varied role so a great chance to build your skill set and develop in the technology space.  Essentially you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across desktop support, infrastructure, applications, networks, databases, security screening systems, frontline cybersecurity, information management, and ServiceDesk functions such as call handling, chat, ticket resolution, and mailbox management.

Beyond resolving technical issues, you’ll be building trusted relationships and wowing us with your communication, empathy, and proactive support. You’ll be connecting with people on-site through daily walk-throughs to assess system performance, identify opportunities to improve user experience, and offer real-time assistance to colleagues.

You will pride yourself on the smooth operation of all digital and technology services across CAA locations, supporting people and enabling them to do their best work.

The salary band for the Analyst, Digital Support starts at $83,600 to $102,302. Starting salaries are to be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.

What you'll bring to the team


Whilst this role is technical, first and foremost it’s about the way you work with people and the confidence you bring to deliver great customer service.  Your passion for delivering an outstanding service will help you through those tricky times when things go wrong….and they will!

If you have a few years' experience in a face-to-face role with solid knowledge of the Microsoft operating systems and applications, that would be perfect.

 

Your key strengths:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience in a role where you are responsible for managing your own workload.
  • Proven ability (or ability to learn) with in person IT support, resolving a variety of technical issues with confidence and efficiency.
  • Foundational understanding of technical environments, that might include networks and applications, with experience supporting diagnostics and issue resolution.
  • Ability to be able to be participate On-call support from time to time.

Oh, and a full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence essential.
